CULINARY

At Bay Villas, we take pride in sourcing our produce daily from the nearby farmer’s market and other sources. Hence our daily menu depends on what is available fresh on the day. Being Sri Lankan we take great pride in our home-cooked local cuisine and highly recommend the same.

Please feel free to drop in whilst the cooking is going on and our staff will be happy to explain and have you participate where possible.

A menu board will be put out daily and staff will discuss your meal requirements for the following day at breakfast the previous day.

There may be slight changes to the menu depending on the availability of the fresh produce of the day. The staff will bring any change to your notice on the day.

MEAL TIMES

• Breakfast – 7.30 – 9.30 am
• Snacks – 12.30 pm to 2 pm
• Dinner – 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm

Note: can accommodate timing flexibility with prior notice.

ALCHOHOL

• Please feel free to bring your own.
• If required wine or beer can be purchased directly from supermarkets in the nearby vicinity. Please speak to the Manager who will arrange the same.

SMOKING
Note: This is a NO SMOKING PROPERTY, smoking is only allowed in the garden
