The above rates
run from 1st May 2009 to 30th
April 2010.
Christmas period (18th December to
6th January) a 10% surcharge to be added to the above rates.

Reduced rates on the third night and over. (Direct bookings only)
Excluding Christmas period.

We can only accommodate up to the
maximum of six guests.
|
Accommodation rates includes, full English breakfast and dinner.
The three-course dinner consists of
traditional home cooked Sri Lankan food or a selection of Western dishes.
Dinner includes
a complimentary bottle of wine for two and fresh
fruit juices.
Tea and freshly ground coffee
also included with the dinner.
Lunch and snacks can be provided on
request at extra charge.
As there is no alcohol
sold on the premises, guests are most welcome to bring along their
favourite wine or spirits.

Our
experienced staff will prepare
you a delicious meal which will be served to you on an elegant
refectory table where only the best of tableware is used, ensuring
you of a memorable stay with us. For less formal eating, your meals can be arranged on the verandah or even in
the garden under a mango tree! Please see the

In the interest of safety and the concept, the
property is considered
unsuitable for children below the age of twelve.

Please note that we
do not have accommodation for drivers, guides and domestic staff, but we will be pleased to
arrange on your behalf alternative accommodation in the town. We
respectfully ask that drivers and guides leave the guests to their
privacy, once they have settled in.

30% on booking to guarantee villa. Balance one month before arrival.
CANCELLATION CHARGES.

days 30%, 3 weeks 40%, 2 weeks 50%, 1 week 75%.
