The above Menu shows a sample of our cuisine
|
A daily menu has a choice of two
starters, two main course and two/three desserts taken from the above menu.
Meals are served on an
elegant satinwood and ebony refectory table using good quality Kings
pattern cutlery and linen napkins, but if you so desire we can arrange
your meals on the long open verandah overlooking the garden and
mountains or under the shade of the mango tree.
|
We are very confident that you will
enjoy the food we have on offer, ranging from traditional Sri Lankan
curries to good old home cooked western dishes. Breakfast includes a
selection of exotic fruits, cereals, curd with treacle and a choice of
cooked eggs. Complete your breakfast with toast and marmalade or honey from our very own bees.
Also served is fresh fruit juice, tea or freshly ground coffee. For those who would like a typical Sri Lankan breakfast such as string
hoppers, this can be arranged with prior notice the day before.
Dinner includes a complimentary bottle
of wine for two.
We do not sell any alcohol but you are welcome to
bring your own.
