In keeping with the 1930's theme, the five guestrooms
are named after popular
cinema halls of Ceylon. All bedrooms have en suite facilities and are furnished with
comfortable antique easy chairs and a stylish Art Deco style writing/dressing table. The Majestic, Regal, Ritz, and
Savoy offer king size beds while the “Liberty” features twin beds. The
“Regal” has the benefit of having its own small garden terrace looking out
towards the gardens, whilst the “Majestic”, on the upper floor, opens out
onto a large private roof terrace enjoying majestic views of the garden and
surrounding mountains.
Comfortable period furniture, decorations and architectural features in
keeping with the Art Deco period give the public rooms a glamorous yet cosy
feeling, combined with modern facilities such as complimentary internet
access in the library/study.
